Our cancellation policy requires 24 hour notice. Appointments missed, or cancelled with less than 24 notice are subject to 100% of the scheduled service price. We don’t want you to pay for a massage you don’t get. We don't want you to have a massage under duress. We DO want you to show up for your scheduled appointment. When you give us 24 hour notice, we can give your time to someone else. Then we don’t have to drive in, look at each other, and ruminate on putting a pox on both your houses. In related news: if you are booking a couples or simultaneous massage, please make sure the time is right for the other person before booking. We recommend AGAINST ambush massage surprises. If a gift is what you hope to give, a Gift Certificate is the way to go.
Beginning September 2017 our online scheduling system will require a credit card number when booking. You are still welcome to pay as you wish when you arrive for your appointment. This change allows us to protect against no-shows and keeps robots from making appointments online. Our 24 cancellation policy remains the same, meaning there is no charge for appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. We hope this extra step does not deter you from booking online. This change makes it easier than ever for us to offer online booking to new clients, so be sure to tell all your stressed out friends!
