Kansas City Walking Club
Solaris Massage Walking Club is a free weekly community walk that meets Mondays at 1 PM at Solaris Massage on Kansas City’s Westside, near downtown and the Crossroads. Our walks are friendly, moderate-paced, and open to anyone looking for fresh air, movement, and connection. Whether you come for exercise, conversation, or simply a reason to get out of the house, you’re welcome to join us.

We walk for about one hour, and typically cover a distance of 3-4km (2--2.5 miles)

If it’s very hot or cold, or wet or icy, we skip the walk. If you want to check if we are walking please text 816-868-1684 and ask!
