Do I need an account, password, or app to book?
No. Visit SolarisMassage.com → Book Now, choose your service, therapist (or Anyone), and time. You’ll get instant confirmation by email and text.
Can I reply to your text reminders?
Yes—our text line is two-way. Reply to confirm or reschedule, tell us you’re running late/early, or ask a quick question.
How do I book a couples massage?
Choose Book for one person or a couple → Couples, then pick your providers or choose Anyone for the most availability. Your confirmation shows both appointments.
Can I book multiple people in different rooms?
Yes. You can book up to 3 people in one flow and choose different service types for each person. For three simultaneous appointments, text or email us—we can often accommodate.
What if there are no times on the day I want?
Tap Waitlist on that date and tell us your preferences. We’ll auto-notify you if a matching spot opens.
What’s the best way to see the most time options?
Select Anyone for therapist and skip add-ons during online booking. You can discuss focus areas with your therapist at the session.
Can I schedule for someone else?
Yes. Use the checkbox to book for another person and enter their details in the intake so we’re ready for them.
Do you sell Gift Cards or multi-session packages?
Yes. Gift Cards, Six Packs, and Fitness Fiber (monthly membership) are integrated into booking—purchase at checkout or standalone.

What is Fitness Fiber?
Our once-a-month membership for regular self-care with priority scheduling and perks. Manage by messaging us; we’ll help adjust or pause as needed.

How do I reschedule or cancel?
Use the link in your confirmation or reply to our text. Please observe our 24-hour cancellation window (update if different) to avoid fees.

Do you keep a card on file? When am I charged?
A card is securely stored to reserve your spot. You’re charged after the session unless a late-cancel/no-show fee applies under our policy.
Can I request Deep Tissue or Ashiatsu?
Yes—choose Deep Tissue or Ashiatsu when booking (Ashiatsu = broad, deep pressure without “pokey elbows”). Not sure? Pick 60 Minute Custom Blend or text us for a recommendation.
I’m pregnant—what should I book?
Choose Prenatal Massage and include your due date and any provider guidance in the intake. We tailor positioning and support to your trimester.
I have a specific issue (shoulder/low back/ankle). How do I make sure it’s addressed?
Note it in your intake and tell your therapist before we begin. We’ll tailor the session to your goals.
Where do I park? When should I arrive?
Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. Parking/entry details are included in confirmation and reminder texts.

Accessibility & privacy
We’re therapist-owned and designed for comfort and privacy. If you need accommodations (mobility, scent-free, sensory, etc.), text us before your visit.
Can I use an HSA/FSA?
Often yes for therapeutic massage. Check your plan rules—on request we can provide an itemized receipt with therapist license info.
