Hiring Massage Therapists

Solaris Massage is currently hiring licensed massage therapists for 6 hour shifts Thursday through Tuesday at our Kansas City Crossroads location.

Are you a licensed massage therapist? Solaris Massage is looking to expand our team by adding to our weekend staff. Our base rate is $25-$40/ hour of massage with tips on top of that. Solaris Massage is a therapist-owned Kansas City massage therapy practice in Kansas City’s Crossroads district. Our shop is neither spa nor clinic, but rather a down-to-earth setting that puts our clients at ease. Our goal is simple: to use massage to help people relax. We offer hot stone massage, deep tissue massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Ashiatsu, and couples’ massages. Our team of licensed massage therapists have an average of 15 years of experience and include a wide variety of techniques in their custom blend treatments.

massage therapist job applicants must meet the following criteria: 

  • Must be a licensed massage therapist in Missouri

  • Must carry professional liability insurance via ABMP/AMTA or similar

  • Must complete required continuing education hours as required by Missouri

  • Must understand the ethics of the profession and maintain a high level of professionalism

  • Must be familiar with and/or willing to learn Solaris style hot stone massage
