So you want to STRETCH?

Getting back into your exercise routine? Feeling stiff after a long stint of working from home? Just need to get started SOMEWHERE with movement? I’ve always believed that walking is an underrated form of exercise and that STRETCHING is an important component of any activity regimen. People often assume I do yoga. I don’t. For me, I find I need to do a bit more movement for my stretching to be engaging. Back when I was regularly teaching LimberJacks, the members of the class and I would often work up a sweat “just” stretching, because this style of mobility exercise is more focused on MOTION than static stretching.
