Use this form when: You don’t see the ideal time or day you’d like available on ACTUAL online booking, you want an appointment in the far away future beyond the time we allow online booking, you are a new client, you just don’t like our online booking, or maybe you found an appointment via online booking which is adequate, but REALLY you’d like a longer session, or a different therapist, or another time would be EVEN BETTER.
