Got a Solaris gift card? Here’s how to book online & redeem at checkout. Quick steps, policies, and help by text.

Welcome! Whether you’re brand-new or a returning client, here’s how to use your gift quickly and easily.

What’s in your gift

  • You’ll receive a notification by email or text.

  • It will show either a specific service or a dollar amount, plus a gift card code (usually 6–12 digits).

Our simple ask

We’d love for you to use your gift within one year of purchase—it’s easy to forget great gifts. Why wait? Massage works best regularly, and it’s smart to book before you’re in serious pain. (Read more about how often to book).

Before you book (important)

  • Change/cancel window: Please give 24+ hours’ notice to change or cancel.

  • Applies to all credits: This policy applies to gift cards, Six Packs, and Fitness Fiber memberships.

  • If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled inside 24 hours, the credit will be applied toward the missed visit.
    (Quick tip: check your calendar—and with anyone who shares it—before you book.)

How to book your gift online (individual appointments)

  1. Tap Book Now.

  2. Choose your service and time.

  3. Enter Payment information (you won’t be charged for individual appointments at time of booking)

  4. Add a note that you are using a gift card, include the 6-12 digit code if you have it. If not, we can look it up!

Heads-up about the card on file:
 Our system asks for a credit card to secure the booking, even if you’re paying with a gift card. For individual bookings, your card is not charged at booking—it’s for no-show/late-change protection only.

Can’t find your code?
 Add a note at booking that you’ll use a gift card, and we can look it up by your name or the code later.

Booking a Couples massage with a gift card

  • Couples sessions are charged at the time of booking by our system.

  • If your gift card is for Couples, or you prefer not to enter a card online:

  • Find a time that works, then text us and we’ll complete the booking for you: 816-631-1027 (two-way text).

Ready to Book

  • You’re not missing anything! There actually ISN’T a way to enter your gift card AS PAYMENT when booking. If you wish to book online, you WILL need to enter a credit card number to complete the booking process. For individual appointments, you AREN’T charged at booking, for Couples Massage, please text us at 816-631-1027 to complete your booking when using a gift card.

  • YES! Send us a text at 816-631-1027 and we will look it up for you when we are not busy with clients. Let us know YOUR name, and the purchaser’s name, por favor - and the estimated date of purchase.

  • One year. Give or take. We want you to use it BEFORE you lose track of it, and if our prices change, we will honor the listed service type for one year after purchase date.
